To request a refund from your CobyCash account, you must complete the “CobyCash Refund Request Form” and return it to the CobyCard Office. Refunds will be processed at the end of the spring semester, at graduation or upon withdrawal from college. Minimum balance to be refunded is $10.00.

CAS Dining Meal Plan Change Form

This form will allow students to change their meal plan. Changes can only be made until the last day of the first week of classes.
“Sweet Occasions” order form
Is this a special day for your special student? CAS Dining Services will make it a “Sweet Occasion” with our palate-tempting cakes! Our campus baking staff will create a cake to your specifications with any message. A birthday; great grades; engagements; congratulations; please write; anniversaries; etc. Please be sure to place your order at least two weeks in advance of the event. Email: cobycard@cobleskill.edu
Recipes from Home
We think that the parents and grandparents are the best resource available to make our local menu "more like home". By sharing the recipe your student most enjoys, you'll assist us in providing a wider and more popular selection of menu items. Our menus will feature winners from this year's Recipes From Home responses. All you need to do is select a favorite recipe from home and fill out the form and submit it to us.

Textbooks may be returned for a full refund within the first two weeks of classes, providing you have your receipt and the books are in saleable condition.
